Process
How personal reputation management works here
In one line: we show you what people find when they search your name, you confirm what is actually you, we build an accurate presence on your own domain from facts you approved, and then we keep watch. No fake content, no scraping, no removal promises — and nothing is ever published without your approval.
1. Full name audit
Tell us your situation, your name (and other names you've used), your city, and what you do. We only ever look up you. Create an account so your answers and report stay private to you.
2. Licensed name audit
We search the Brave Search API — web, news, images, and videos — for your name, variants, city, and profession. We never scrape Google. Brave is an independent index, so treat the report as a clear, informed picture, not a pixel-perfect copy of one person's Google.
3. Your Reputation Report and Score
You get a plain-English report: what people find, our best read on what's you, and a Reputation Score (0–100) from eight visible parts. Parts we can't measure yet say so, and the score is marked provisional.
4. You confirm what's you
For each result: Yes, that's me · Not me · Not sure. Your answer always wins over our guess, your score updates from your answers, and “Not me” results stop counting against you.
5. Suggested facts, approved by you
Results you confirmed suggest facts about you (for example, a profile that is genuinely yours), each with its source. Approve, edit, mark not-me, or keep private. Only approved facts can ever be used publicly; private facts are never published.
6. Your Reputation Plan
A short, prioritized plan turns your score's gaps into next steps — your own site first, clearer identity, a trusted bio — with honest effort labels. You mark items done or dismissed, and the plan remembers.
7. Domain search
We suggest domain names from your own name and check them with Cloudflare Registrar when connected. You save a preference. Nothing is bought in this step — buying always needs your explicit confirmation later.
8. Draft site from approved facts only
We build a draft personal website from your approved facts and only those. It is bannered DRAFT, visible only to you, with a list of every fact used and every fact held back (and why). Nothing publishes without your explicit approval in a later step.
9. Keep watch
Weekly monitoring and “Your week in reputation”: what's new, what improved, and the one thing worth doing next. Monitoring is never metered.
What we ask of you (and what we never ask)
Your part is judgment, not labor: confirm which results are you, approve or edit each fact, review your draft, and approve anything before it could ever publish. That is maybe an hour spread across days, and it is the hour that makes the difference — software can search and draft, but only you know your story. We will never ask for your passwords to other services, never ask you to post anything fake, and never ask you to sign a long contract to find out what your own name check says.
What you get at each stage
- After the check: your report — live results labelled as such (or clearly labelled example data if no live provider is connected), your provisional Reputation Score with every component shown, and the confirmations that make it yours.
- After confirmations: a recomputed score, suggested facts with their sources waiting for your approval, and a prioritized plan you can mark done or dismissed.
- After the draft: a private, bannered DRAFT preview of your personal site, the exact facts it used, and every fact held back with its reason.
- Every week after: “Your week in reputation” — what changed, what improved, one next step. No noise, no meter on monitoring.
Timing, honestly
The check itself takes minutes. Building and approving takes days, mostly waiting on your reviews — by design. Search engines then take weeks to months to fully reflect new information; we say so up front rather than after you pay. If a step needs a person (Recover concerns, anything sensitive), a person reviews it, which is slower than a bot and better than a bot. Deeper answers live in the Knowledge Center: how can I improve my Google search results for my name? and what does Google say about me?
