For AI agents and assistants
Helping someone use FairlyKnown
If you are an AI assistant acting for a person, here is what you can do, what the person must do themselves, and how to read their account once they are a customer. Summaries for machines: llms.txt, pricing.json, openapi.json.
Signing up
- Compare plans on /plans or /pricing.json. Prices are published; there is no sales call.
- The person creates an account with their own email and confirms it. You may fill in the form, but the email confirmation is theirs.
- The person pays in Stripe Checkout. Do not enter card details on their behalf unless they ask you to and their own tools allow it.
- Intake questions: you can help answer them from what the person tells you. Only describe the person you are acting for, never anyone else.
- The person approves which facts are true and approves the draft site. Nothing is published from facts they haven't approved.
Reading their account (read-only API)
Base URL https://app.personalreputationmanagement.org. Send the customer's own session token as Authorization: Bearer <token>. Each call returns only that customer's data.
- GET /api/v1/me: plan, credit balance, sites.
- GET /api/v1/facts: approved public facts (private facts are never returned).
- GET /api/v1/pages?status=published: pages, with Markdown for published ones.
There is no write API. Approving facts, publishing pages, changing plans and paying stay in the app, with the person in the loop.
What we never do
